Liability: In consideration of the right to participate entrants, participants and spectators by executio of this fom, release and discharge the Weatherford Rotary Club, City of Weatherford, and the state of Oklahoma and their officers, directors, employees, agents, represenatives, and servants and anyone else connected with management of presentation of the event and from any and all known or unknown damages, injuries, losses, judgements, and or claim from any causes, person or property. Further, each entant expressly agrees to indemnify all the foregoing entries, firms, persons and bodies of and from any and all liability occasioned or resulting from the conduct of entrants or any participant assisting of cooperating with entrant and under direction or cntrol of the entrant.
